Ocotoko Mercy Monica is a young, vibrant young woman who is visually impaired. She is a graduate and works with National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDIPU). She is a strong women rights activist. Her special skill in public speaking makes her to always shine and stand up. She is pertinent on issues of women and inclusion of persons with disability. She is a founder of a local Community based Organization i.e. Women Effort for Inclusive Development which focuses on promoting the rights of women and persons with disability.
