Poor accounting, irregular fee collection, limited financial tools, and compliance gaps often lead to mismanagement, delayed teacher payments, and insufficient learning materials—directly impacting children’s learning outcomes.
Amani Initiative strengthens school management and financial health by training leaders in finance, accounting, and fee collection, implementing SchoolBook, a digital management system, and guiding responsible loan management. We also support statutory compliance with URA and NSSF requirements.
By tackling these challenges, schools become more efficient and sustainable, able to deliver consistent, quality education. This ensures vulnerable children stay in school, achieve better learning outcomes, and build pathways to brighter futures.[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”8577″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”8578″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=””][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
